Associate Dentist – Full-Time | Growing Multi-Specialty Practice
We are a large, modern dental practice seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Associate Dentist to join our team. With 20 operatories and a thriving patient base of 120–150 new patients per month, this is an exceptional opportunity to step into an established practice with immediate clinical volume and long-term growth potential.
About the Opportunity
One of our full-time doctors is transitioning to purchase a new practice — one we will be partnering with and ultimately merging into ours. This means our new associate will inherit an immediate, built-in patient base from day one, in addition to a strong and consistent flow of new patients.

Ideal Candidate
Virginia dental license (or eligible)
Passion for comprehensive, patient-centered care
Eagerness to grow clinically and professionally
Experience in any of our specialty areas is a plus — but we are happy to train the right candidate
At least 2 years private practice experience or residency training.
